Venue and Seating Information
Opened in 1968 as the Garden State Arts Center, the outdoor PNC Bank Arts Center has a capacity of 17,500. Its covered pavilion and expansive lawn offer two different ways to experience a summer concert in Holmdel.
For reserved seating, the front orchestra sections put fans closest to the stage, while mid-pavilion seats are a strong option for balancing sightlines and price. On the general-admission lawn, a center spot at a moderate distance from the stage is considered a preferable viewing position; arriving early can help secure one. Far-side pavilion seats may have angled views, and the back corners of the lawn are less desirable for sightlines.
Parking Information
The venue is at Exit 116 of the Garden State Parkway and is primarily car-accessible. On-site surface lots are the most straightforward parking choice, while rideshare offers an alternative for fans who prefer not to drive. Expect heavy Parkway traffic after the concert; allow extra time to leave or wait briefly for congestion to ease.
- Official on-site parking: Exit 116, Garden State Parkway, Holmdel, NJ 07733. Estimated event pricing is $20–$60, depending on lot type. Check parking information.
- Rideshare: Uber and Lyft use a designated drop-off area near the main entrance. Arrange a return ride early, as availability may be limited after the show.
Beatstock Asbury Park reviews
Sounded Great, but too Short and Song Set Poor
"Great and awesome!! Beatstock looked and sounded.
I was very disappointed, however, in the song selection. He did a couple of 4 Seasons songs- WHY????? And even worse, he did 2 long songs about where he grew up and what people did after dark in his complex. Who cares? The result was that many of his major hits like " I Write the Songs" were reduced to being in a medley. Not kidding. Very poor choice.
The entire concert was almost exactly 1.5 hours, which makes matters worse. Sir Paul does a 3-hour concert!!!
Almost unrecognizable, One last note. Could it be Magic because of the fast, upbeat tempo.
Bottom line: it could have and should have been a lot better. Not recommended."
